I used to really like coming here but lately I just notice that their employees lack the skills needed to be an upscale salon. I had the UV tips done and they are THICK, crooked, different shapes, and honestly just ugly 😭 I have had similar experiences with pedicures where it's a nice process while you're there but when you look at it up close once home you realize you could've done it yourself. Unfortunately it's not worth the price for me when I can get the same UV nails for $30 less and they come out much much better than this.

Very disappointed in my experience. My nails are pretty fragile from having acrylics for over a year and the nail tech didn’t use judgment to use a stronger base for my gel manicure to ensure my nails wouldn’t break and would last. Ended up going back 2 more times in the same week to repair 2 nails, and even was asked to pay $10 + tip after one of the visits to fix one nail. Broken nails are inevitable however the salon did not handle it the right way and/or was apologetic about it so definitely will not be coming back.

They were kind enough to accommodate me as a walk-in. Faculties are clean but the service I received is a disgrace to the business and the reviews. I didn’t get the nail technician’s name but both her attitude and service were poor. She cut my foot (which I didn’t even comment on), tossed my shoes on the floor, and completely skipped over the neck and back massage at the end. Maybe her distasteful attitude could have been attributed to me asking her to redo a nail after she knocked into it, instead of painting over it (like she was about to do). Nevertheless, that is no excuse considering it was a very reasonable request. Communication was abysmal but not more so than her competency and professionalism. This is location so prime, I know they are not concerned about losing one customer but just take caution when you come here. Seems to be hit or miss.

I have been a loyal customer of Spa Nature for the past four years, visiting approximately every two weeks. However, without explanation, I was refused an appointment when I tried to book my regular slot. My best guess is that I asked for help selecting a “nude” color at the last visit and was met with annoyance and an eye-roll. The owner also curtly suggested that I seek services elsewhere. This abrupt dismissal after years of patronage is not only shocking but also utterly disrespectful. Despite the inconsistent quality in service I have received over the past four years, I had continued to visit Spa Nature, primarily given its convenient location. However, this recent encounter has completely changed my opinion of this business. I can no longer recommend it to others and will take my business elsewhere. It is unfortunate that after four years, I feel unwelcome. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and promptly addresses their customer service shortcomings.

Not a good experience. My nail artist was rushing the whole time. She was too harsh and fast while doing the exfoliation, which even left a mark on my feet and it hurts. The nail colors were not done professionally either. I asked for coffin for my hands but got almond nails. They do follow Covid protocol closely and the entire store looks clean and nice.

This is my favorite spa ever! It’s always clean and spacious. They always have new colors and so many options to pick from! I have sensitive nails but I love the fact that technicians are so understanding and they take their time to care for them. My go-to is Marta who does an amazing job and makes my nails last more than 2 weeks with her skills. Jenny, the owner cares a lot about her customers and her business. Always has a smile on her face and goes above and beyond to be flexible. 100% recommend!

Avoid at all costs!!! Terrible service!!!! I was refused service because of 1 issue that happened on a nail (4 months ago) due to horrible work from one of the girls, the service was a nail repair done horribly: my nail broke 3x in less than a week and they refused to reimburse or fix. Now 4 Months later I try to get a manicure and Management refused to book an appointment for me. DO NOT GO HERE!
